Our commitment
We aim to follow recognized accessibility practices, including meaningful headings and labels, keyboard access, readable contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, responsive layouts, and compatibility with browser zoom and assistive technology.
Known limitations
PDF editing is visually complex, and some editing features or third-party checkout and download interfaces may not yet work perfectly with every assistive technology. We do not want that to prevent you from purchasing, using the product, requesting a refund, or receiving support.
Get help or report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email hello@pdfpenguin.co with:
- The page or feature you were trying to use.
- What happened and what you expected.
- Your browser, device, or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.
- The best way for us to reply.
Please do not send confidential PDF documents or sensitive medical, tax, identity, or payment information. We will provide reasonable assistance or an alternative method whenever possible.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is ongoing work. We welcome feedback and will prioritize fixes that prevent people from accessing core information, purchasing, using key features, or contacting support.
