2. Your PDF documents
PDF Penguin is designed to process PDF documents locally in your browser, on your device. We do not operate a document-upload server and do not receive, store, read, sell, or use the contents of the PDFs you edit with the product.
3. Information that may be processed
Although we do not receive your PDF contents, ordinary website and business operations may involve:
- Website data: IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs processed by our hosting provider.
- Purchase data: name, email address, transaction identifier, product purchased, and payment status. Payment card information is handled by the checkout/payment provider and is not stored by PDF Penguin.
- Support data: your email address and anything you voluntarily include in a support or feature-request message.
- Font requests: this website uses Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information such as your IP address.
4. Why we use information
- To provide purchases, downloads, support, refunds, and product updates.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To maintain and improve the website and product.
- To comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory duties.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host the site, process payments, deliver downloads or email, provide support, prevent fraud, or maintain business records. 8. Children and international visitors
PDF Penguin is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above will show the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably appropriate.
